ICS Class is headquartered in Panama City, Republic of Panama, and has over 145 assessments strategically located in major ports of call. ICS Class was accepted, as a TSCI Observer by decision of the Secretariat of the International Union of Technical Research and Classification Societies (TSCI) at the TSCI Council meeting held in Moscow on 14-15 December 2011.
